🚨 特别声明：eSIM 通信服务及 eTravel 入境申报二维码属于特殊数字/定制产品。一旦包含二维码的邮件/消息已发出，即视为服务已交付。除运营商底层网络大面积故障外，一经下发，概不支持任何理由的退款或取消。请在购买前仔细核对您的护照信息及手机兼容性。
🚨 SPECIAL NOTICE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS: eSIM services and eTravel QR codes are customized digital products. Once the QR code is generated and sent via email/message, the service is considered fully delivered. NO REFUNDS or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances, unless there is a proven massive network failure from the telecom operator. Please double-check your passport info and device compatibility before purchasing.

Leisure travel services (diving, private transport, etc.)
- 全额退款：在服务开始前 48 小时申请取消。
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service starts.
- 不予退款：不足 24 小时申请或未按约定出现 (No Show)。
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or No-Shows.
