🚨 SPECIAL NOTICE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS: eSIM services are customized digital products. Once the activation code or QR is sent via email/message, the service is considered fully delivered. NO REFUNDS or cancellations will be accepted, unless there is a proven massive network failure from the telecom operator. Please check device compatibility before purchasing. If you previously purchased eTravel filing assistance, the official QR email is also considered delivered once sent.

- 全额退款：在服务开始前 48 小时申请取消。
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service starts.
- 不予退款：不足 24 小时申请或未按约定出现 (No Show)。
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or No-Shows.
